Logistics Coordinator Lead - Manufacturing (Conversational - Bilingual)

Location: Denton, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary

Are you a hands-on logistics professional who thrives in a structured manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator Lead to take ownership of inbound and outbound shipping operations, coordinate large container movements, and support inventory control in a high-volume production facility. This is a dynamic opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding operation that values precision, accountability, and leadership.

What You'll Do:

Shipping & Receiving Coordination
  • Manage the scheduling, tracking, and documentation of inbound/outbound containers
  • Verify bills of lading and shipping records for accuracy
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery and dispatch
Inventory Management & Data Entry
  • Maintain ERP/WMS inventory records; reconcile discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
  • Receive and label incoming materials; log data accurately in Excel and inventory systems
Team Leadership & Communication
  • Provide direction to a team of 8 warehouse and temp staff (total facility team: 30)
  • Serve as the main point of contact between logistics and production, procurement, and quality teams
  • Communicate effectively in English and Spanish-must be able to give clear instructions in both languages
Operational Support & Professionalism
  • Uphold safety and compliance standards on the floor and dock
  • Contribute to the professionalization and restructuring of warehouse operations
  • Help foster a collaborative, respectful team environment as the company evolves
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of logistics, warehouse, or shipping/receiving coordination in a manufacturing setting
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish - required for daily team direction
  • Forklift certification preferred; IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU ARE ABLE to operate reach and pallet jack equipment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
  • Experience working with large containers and label systems
  • Able to manage people with professionalism and confidence in a busy, changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management
