Job Title: Dispatcher
Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with scheduling reservations.
- Schedule and dispatch chauffeurs based on client needs and driver availability.
- Assign drivers and vehicles efficiently while factoring in traffic, timing, distance, and capacity.
- Monitor trips using GPS and communicate updates or changes as needed.
- Maintain accurate, real-time trip records, including routes, schedules, cancellations, and reschedules.
- Support driver and vehicle readiness by helping ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Communicate clearly with clients and chauffeurs about delays, route changes, and special instructions.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly, including schedule conflicts, last-minute changes, and emergencies.
- Use local traffic and road knowledge to optimize routes and reduce delays.
- Deliver professional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep operations running seamlessly.
What You Bring:
- Dispatching experience (transportation industry preferred).
- Comfort with dispatch software, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work independently and confidence in making sound decisions.
- Quick problem-solving skills and calm judgment under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
