The Dispatcher will serve as central coordinator for all activities for vehicles and dispatching chauffeurs to ensure efficient, timely transportation of clients in Kansas City and in other cities worldwide. Company Culture *Locally owned company with global reach to serve *Award winning company with high quality standards *Enjoy having fun in the workplace *Creative ideas allowed to be nurtured for personal growth Core Competencies Dispatch vehicles and chauffeurs strategically to save on fuel costs and minimal down time Answer phone calls and emails, handle accordingly Take Reservations (via phone, email, or fax) and enter Client Profiles into livery software Assist with preparing vehicles if needed Be a team player to support co-workers to achieve company objectives Perform other duties as assigned task Essential Functions Assign Chauffeurs and Vehicles to each trip and confirm Answer Phone skills to take and enter reservation information into limousine software Quickly prioritize tasks in a fit paced work environment Job Type: Part-Time Weekends Salary: $14-$16 p/hour
