Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time HR Administrator to join our team at our Farmington Hills location. The ideal candidate will support the HR department with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
- Assist WC and GL Claims
- Maintain WOTC information
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy manuals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Previous experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR support role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional HR certification is a plus.
This is a part-time position. Specific hours and days will be discussed during the interview process.
