As a home connectivity technician, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction. With comprehensive training, you will be empowered to create extraordinary experiences for our customers, ensuring they are well-connected and informed about their technology. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
  • Provide thorough demonstrations and educate customers on how to maximize their technology.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, demonstrating professionalism while working independently and collaboratively with the team.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is essential.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed and work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift up to 70 lbs, and maintain a weight limit of 335 lbs.
  • Customer Focus: Build trust and deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Address a variety of challenges effectively and on the spot.
  • Determination: Adapt to working in diverse environments and conditions.
  • Adaptability: Make adjustments to unexpected tasks and changing situations with ease.
