Job Duties and Responsibilities

Your Role:

You will visit customers' homes to solve issues and showcase smart home technologies.

  • Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home products.
  • Guide customers in using their technology and recommend additional services when beneficial.
  • Ensure a tidy workspace and maintain a professional demeanor, working independently as well as within a team.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

What You Need:

  • Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is essential.
  • Flexible Availability: Willingness to travel and work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Capability:
    • Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft).
    • Lift weights up to 70 lbs.
    • Must meet a 335 lb weight limit.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Build trust and ensure a positive experience for clients.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Address a variety of challenges effectively.
  • Determination: Comfortable working in confined spaces and diverse weather conditions.
  • Adaptability: Managing changes and unexpected tasks seamlessly.
