GENERAL PURPOSE
Organizes and is responsible for clinical data entry utilizing various agency specific computer portals. Monitors onboarding ensuring timely and efficient adherence to agency timelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as the first point of contact for deans, faculty, and students concerning clinical placement requirements and portal entry. Resolves both routine and more complex issues in consultation with associate deans and faculty. Communicates with external constituents (clinical agencies) as needed.
- Prepares correspondence, maintains files and databases with updated clinical requirements and onboarding processes. Shares documents and other materials as needed.
- Develops and/or edits documents, considering the intended audience, within guidelines of associate deans. Communicates with associate deans and faculty regarding any issues/concerns with clearance documents. Seeks assistance and guidance as needed.
- Prepares clinical clearance documents for mental health institutions and clinical rotations. Communicates with students, faculty, and associate deans as needed.
- Assists with the day to day operations of the undergraduate/accelerated nursing program.
- Some college
- 1 to 3 years of work related experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Databases
- Jenzabar Software
- Daily contact requiring courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.
SALARY INFORMATION
When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring hourly range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00. This hourly rate represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
