Summary
• The HR Business Partner 2(HRBP 2) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource related issues. The successful HRBP 2 acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR related needs. The HRBP 2 seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP 2 maintains an effective level of business literacy about the Company's financial position, its medium term goals and its culture.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or commensurate experience
  • Three (3) years experience in Human Resources
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines including employee relations, policy management, federal and state employment laws and performance management
  • Current professional certification through a nationally recognized Human Resources credentialing board
Preferred:
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential
