Job Description
  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and monthly closings
  • Assist in financial statement preparation in compliance with US GAAP and/or IFRS
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and standard cost variances
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Collaborate with plant operations, supply chain, and finance teams globally
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and SOX requirements
  • Assist with external and internal audits
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and financial process optimization

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
  • 1+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory accounting
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel
  • Knowledge of international financial regulations is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment
