Peak Performance Bonus

Shift Availability
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Your Responsibilities
-
Unload and receive inbound furniture orders, which will require manual lifting of large, heavy goods.

Comfortably lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver products weighing over 150 pounds, either unassisted or with a team lift.

Utilize scanning technology to document carton-level information, including condition, quantity, and warehouse location.

Proactively manage order systems to ensure all orders are received accurately and resolve any Overage/Shortage/Damage issues.

Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.

Pick deliveries from inventory and organize them by truck and stop number.

Provide feedback on user tools and suggest improvements based on your experiences.

Contribute actively as a team member and communicate effectively with peers and managers.

Identify efficient methods to accomplish assigned tasks and ask clarifying questions when needed.

Read and understand English to uphold safety for yourself and others.

Be adaptable by cross-training in other departments and performing additional responsibilities as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
-
Ability to regularly lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted and move products over 150 lbs. unassisted or via team lift.

Willingness to work on the warehouse floor for 8 hours or more daily.

Strong, consistent work ethic.

Comfort with scanning technology.

Experience in distribution or logistics is an advantage.

Background working with High Jump software is a plus.

Ability to read and comprehend English essential for workplace safety.
