JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Child Welfare Program Director As a leader in this field, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in your community. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs that promote the safety, permanency, and well-being of children and families assigned to our services. You will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, community partners, and other professionals, to ensure that the programs you oversee are effective and meet the needs of the community. The qualified Child Welfare Program Director will:
- Manage all staff to ensure and enforce quality programming in accordance with local funding sources, regulatory and contract standards and JusticeWorks' methodology.
- Recruit and hire quality staff.
- Prepare, reconcile and submit monthly invoicing by deadline.
- Identify opportunities for expansion.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology or related field and a minimum of ten (10) years' work experience with four (4) as a supervisor.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
