Your Responsibilities
  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial consultation through final offer.
  • Serve as a Client Liaison, grasping their specific hiring requirements, challenges, and workplace culture.
  • Utilize Innovative Sourcing Techniques from our advanced CRM/ATS while also harnessing your professional network.
  • Harness Our Comprehensive Platform for candidate management, outreach organization, and streamlined follow-up processes.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that foster lasting value for clients and maximize your earning potential.
  • Engage in Thought Leadership as we elevate both our brand and yours.

Your Profile
  • 2-3+ years of agency recruitment or consultative sales experience.

  • Adept at navigating ATS/CRM technologies (training will be provided).
  • An entrepreneurial spirit aimed at cultivating a long-term career.
