Your Mission

We are searching for seasoned and entrepreneurial-minded recruiters to join our ranks as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. This role transcends basic recruitment; it serves as your launchpad. We are actively building a platform that magnifies you, providing leading recruiters with the technology, marketing, and operational backing necessary to enhance results and bolster your personal brand.

You will oversee the complete recruitment process while cultivating lasting client partnerships. With some of the highest commission rates available, your compensation will directly reflect the value you deliver.

Your Responsibilities
  • Guide Full-Cycle Searches, starting from intake until the placement is finalized.
  • Serve as a Client Partner, gaining insight into their hiring needs, challenges, and culture.
  • Strategically Source candidates using our proprietary CRM/ATS, your established network, and state-of-the-art communication tools.
  • Utilize Our Platform to navigate candidate management, track outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and keep all details organized.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that yield enduring value for our clients and exceptional commissions for you.
  • Contribute to Brand Thought Leadership as we enhance our prestige - and yours.

Your Profile
  • 2-3+ years of recruiting experience in an agency or consultative role.

  • Proficient in nurturing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
  • Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems (we provide training on our platform).
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with aspirations for building something meaningful.
