Personal Requirements

Enjoys working with people and can stay calm in stressful situations

Enjoys working with animals and can safely handle them when they are stressed, ill, and injured

Is well spoken, and approaches job duties in a professional manner

Is experienced in team settings, willing to lead and give direction to others, but follow when needed.

Works well with all team members

Time management and willing to work independently

Compassion and empathy for our clients and other team members

Job Requirements (included but not limited to)

DVM or equivalent in good standing

state license in NC

Compassionate care of our patients and their owners

Good client communication and education

Proper animal handling and restraint

wellness and preventative care

Perform anesthesia, surgery, and dental procedures with skill and efficiency

Radiology/dental radiology interpretation

Good record keeping and time management

Perform euthanasia
