Location: Jackson, NJ

Pay Rate: $20-22/hr

Job Description:

  • The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations by managing scheduling, client communication, and accurate record-keeping. This role is ideal for someone organized, dependable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused team.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and manage daily client appointments
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve inquiries quickly
  • Maintain organized and accurate customer records
  • Support office operations by handling general administrative tasks
  • Assist with workflow coordination and promote a positive team environment
  • Learn company processes, services, and systems to support ongoing improvements
Shift/Hours:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8am - 4:30pm
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Reliable daily commute to the Jackson, NJ office and ability to travel as needed
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Prior administrative or scheduling experience preferred
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn new tools and processes
