As a Technology Support Agent, you will be the friendly face that customers turn to for assistance with their technology needs at Best Buy. If you have a knack for solving tech problems and enjoy helping others, this is an exciting opportunity for you

What you'll do

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.
  • Identify technology issues by actively listening, asking insightful questions, and taking thorough notes while providing accurate time estimates.
  • Assist customers in setting up new devices and guide them on the best course of action, whether it be repair or replacement of old devices.
  • Monitor service queues and keep customers informed with timely status updates.
  • Enhance your knowledge and skills through our certified training programs.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow agents to provide the best solutions for our customers.

Basic qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 months experience in retail or customer service.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Preferred qualifications

  • A genuine passion for technology and a drive to solve problems.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills in a dynamic environment.
