Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Account Assistant to support senior account leadership and contribute to the smooth management of key client accounts. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment and is eager to grow within a dynamic organization.

The Executive Account Assistant will play a critical role in coordinating account activities, maintaining communication flow, and ensuring operational excellence across client-facing processes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to executive account managers
  • Assist in coordinating client accounts, schedules, and internal communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and account documentation as needed
  • Monitor account-related tasks to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and account leadership
  • Maintain accurate records and organize account information efficiently
  • Support planning and execution of account strategies and initiatives
