Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Account Assistant to support senior account leadership and contribute to the smooth management of key client accounts. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment and is eager to grow within a dynamic organization.
The Executive Account Assistant will play a critical role in coordinating account activities, maintaining communication flow, and ensuring operational excellence across client-facing processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to executive account managers
- Assist in coordinating client accounts, schedules, and internal communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and account documentation as needed
- Monitor account-related tasks to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
- Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and account leadership
- Maintain accurate records and organize account information efficiently
- Support planning and execution of account strategies and initiatives
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional manner
- Proficiency with standard office and productivity tools
