Blockchain Product Designer
Responsibilities
Own the full product design lifecycle for blockchain-based products, including user research, UX flow design, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI.
Lead strategic design decisions to define direction, functionality, and user experience for decentralized applications.
Conduct usability studies, iterate on design solutions, and ensure the product delivers an excellent experience across platforms and devices.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design strategy with business objectives and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency, accessibility, and best-in-class interaction patterns for blockchain dApps.
Monitor blockchain and web3 UX trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in product design.
Requirements
Proven experience designing products for blockchain, web3, or decentralized application ecosystems.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design skills (research, UX, UI, prototyping).
Deep understanding of decentralized user experiences, with ability to simplify complex workflows.
Expertise in Figma (or equivalent), interactive prototyping tools, and usability testing methodologies.
Ability to think strategically, contribute to product roadmaps, and advocate for user-centric design while balancing scalability and business goals.
Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and experience working with engineering teams.
Familiarity with blockchain UX patterns, wallet connect, on-chain transactions, and security best practices is highly desirable.
