Job Title: Lead Technical Solution Architect

Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Technical Solution Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge technical solutions.

Role Overview:

You will lead the design of complex technical solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives, maximize efficiency, and meet the highest standards of security and scalability. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and guide technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Solution Design: Lead the design and development of comprehensive technical solutions that address business needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of solution architects and technical experts, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable solution designs.
  • Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to make informed decisions regarding their integration into solution designs.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts and architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes, including code reviews, testing, and performance optimization, to ensure the reliability and quality of technical solutions.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that all solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance standards, proactively addressing potential vulnerabilities.
  • Project Management: Oversee the coordination of technical solution projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business goals.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, continually enhancing our technical solution capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven expertise in solution design, software and systems architecture, and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of software development languages, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and guide a technical team.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic technical decisions.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
