Enterprise Architect/Infra Solution Architect

• -Collaborate closely with the customer Architect team and customer Strategic Planner teams to evaluate various approaches and provide recommendations to advance our architecture towards the target state.
• -Demonstrate a strategic mindset and a comprehensive understanding of the big picture across multi-year horizons, delivering insights with superior communication and presentation skills.
• -Optimize delivery timeframes by implementing LEAN methodologies, eliminating waste, and reducing lead time to value.
• -Ensure continuity of discussions by providing top-down, long-term customer architectural viewpoints to maintain persistent alignment across the organization.
• -Proven experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on technical solutions and strategic planning.
• -Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex technical solutions within a business context.
• -Proficiency in LEAN methodologies and experience in driving process optimization initiatives.
• -Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• -Strategic mindset with the ability to envision long-term architectural goals and translate them into actionable plans.
• -Experience working in a collaborative environment and the ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams.
• -Well organized with ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision with quick learning skills.
• -Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
Requirement:
• Person should have experience working as Architect in IT. Preferrable worked as Data Center Architect or Cloud Architect
• Excellent Communication
• Should be a liaison between Client infra & Application Engineering team and larger TCS team to bring the outside in view and POV
• Should be smart enough to know when and whom to approach to get the work done or go back to customer on deliverables.
