Your Role

We are in search of experienced and entrepreneurial recruiters to join our team as Senior Healthcare Recruitment Strategists. Key Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial intake to final placement.
- Act as a Trusted Client Partner, grasping their specific hiring requirements, challenges, and organizational culture.
- Source Talent Strategically utilizing our advanced CRM/ATS as well as your existing network and communication tools.
- Maximize Our Platform to manage candidates, keep track of outreach, automate communications, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that foster long-lasting client relationships and maximize your commissions.
- Engage in Thought Leadership to not only elevate our brand but enhance yours as well.
