Position Overview: Our agency is looking for a dependable and detail-focused professional to join our team as a Commercial Lines Account Representative. This is a full-time, in-office role dedicated entirely to client service — no sales involved. We’re seeking someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and providing top-notch support to both clients and team members.
What You’ll Do:
Handle service needs for commercial insurance clients, including policy updates, renewals, certificates, and billing assistance
Communicate professionally with clients and carriers to ensure requests are handled promptly and accurately
Maintain organized client records and documentation
Support account managers and producers with day-to-day administrative and policy-related tasks
Follow agency procedures to ensure compliance and excellent service standards
What We’re Looking For:
Previous office or professional experience (insurance background is a plus, but not required)
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Licensed in Property & Casualty preferred, or willing to obtain licensing
