The Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in fostering a compassionate and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues through active listening and kindness. Each employee's contributions are recognized as essential to the mission's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments and diagnostic procedures while documenting all actions as per company policies and regulations.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.
  • Assess and evaluate patient needs, responses to treatment, and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care effectively.
  • Provide both primary and emergency care for a wide range of injuries and illnesses.
  • Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans for all patients.
  • Guide and direct ancillary personnel to uphold professional nursing standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree).
  • Current NYS Registered Nurse license is required.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of clinical RN experience, preferably in Med-Surg or Progressive Care settings.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of quality concepts and ability to apply problem-solving techniques to improve departmental and patient care quality is preferred.

Salary Range: $33.00/hr - $63.98/hr
