HealthSource Saginaw (HSS) provides a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for eligible full-time (FT) and $2,500 for eligible part-time (PT) LPNs.
HealthSource Saginaw, located in Saginaw Township, is one of the largest employers in Saginaw County. For more than eighty years HSS has been a healthcare focal point in the Great Lakes Bay Region and is unlike any other hospital in the region, caring for people who are seeking long-term care, recovery from surgery, debilitating illness or injury, chemical dependency, or mental health issues.
Benefit Information
HSS provides shift and Holiday premiums, tuition assistance and a comprehensive benefit package including paid time off, major medical, prescription, vision, dental, defined contribution retirement plan with up to 7% employer match, health reimbursement account, flex-spending account, employer paid life insurance and short/long term disability. HSS is a qualifying employer of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program that after making 120 qualifying monthly payments, forgives the remaining balance on your Direct Loan.
Pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check required.
Requirements
• State of Michigan LPN License
• Successful completion of a course in Pharmacology for LPNs
• High level of nursing judgement and critical thinking abilities
• Current BLS CPR certification
• Work collaboratively with RN and assist in managing a comprehensive team of CNAs to provide safe and efficient nursing care
