Director of Enterprise Accounts, CPG

We are currently looking for a dynamic Director of Enterprise Accounts with specialized experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. In this pivotal role, you will lead our sales initiatives, targeting new business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with our key clients.

As an integral part of our growing enterprise team, your mission will be to drive programmatic revenue with holding company and enterprise brand businesses. You will not only seek out new accounts but also deepen existing partnerships, all while ensuring we meet and exceed our ambitious revenue goals.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for exploring new business avenues and developing long-lasting client relationships. Collaborating closely with StackAdapt Account Managers, you will create tailored campaign strategies to meet client needs, delivering impactful results. Your primary focus will be on accelerating StackAdapt's growth by generating new business and building sustainable client partnerships.

• Identify and target new brands in untapped markets, leveraging your lead generation expertise to fill the sales pipeline with high-quality prospects.
• Lead responses to RFPs and new inner agency opportunities, developing win strategies.
• Build and cultivate relationships with top executives at advertising agencies and their associated brands.
• Engage in product development discussions, gathering client feedback to inform sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Manage existing client accounts and actively seek growth opportunities.
• Work closely with your StackAdapt Account Manager to introduce new campaign strategies and strengthen client relationships.
• Demonstrate the benefits of StackAdapt's media buying platform through detailed product demonstrations.
• Effectively manage and communicate your quarterly forecasts and sales pipeline.

• 5-10+ years of experience in a DSP, SSP, publisher, ad network, ad server, or digital agency.
• Proven expertise within the CPG vertical and an established network of decision-makers.
• A strong understanding of client business goals, translating programmatic solutions into successful outcomes.
• Established relationships with decision-makers at holding company advertising agencies, independent agencies, and brands.
• A solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and address customer challenges.
• In-depth understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and DSP dynamics.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and senior-level presentations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong storytelling ability.
• A curious nature, eagerness to learn, and commitment to excellence.
• A demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Previous experience in programmatic advertising sales.
