The Project Executive will serve as the operational leader for project teams, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strong client relationships and driving company goals.

Job Description
- Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential challenges and resolve them proactively.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the construction industry.
- Mentor and guide project managers and team members to promote professional growth and success.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Executive - South of Bos - Multifamily should have:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management
- 10 - 15+ years in Construction Management
- Proven experience in multifamily, assisted living, or hospitality projects
- MA-CSL (unrestricted)
- OSHA 30
- A strong background in construction management, particularly in multifamily projects.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Competitive salary range of $200,000 to $250,000 USD annually.
