Part-Time Barista

Location: Whitefish Bay, WI

We're looking for a part-time Barista to join our Whitefish Bay team. If you enjoy making great coffee, working in a fast-paced environment, and creating a warm experience for guests, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

You'll greet guests, take orders, and prepare high-quality beverages and food items with consistency and care. You'll learn our menu and ingredients so you can answer questions confidently, including allergens and brewing methods. You'll also help keep the café clean and organized, handle payments accurately, support basic kitchen prep, and jump in whenever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

A big part of the role is helping maintain our premium brand and ensuring every guest feels welcomed.

What We're Looking For

Previous barista experience is preferred, especially in a high-volume setting, but we're open to training the right person. Familiarity with various brewing methods and basic food preparation is helpful. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail are important. ServSafe certification is a plus.
