CDPAP Onboarding Specialist – Bilingual

Preferred Home Care of New York, a fully licensed and growing Home Care Agency serving the NY Metropolitan area is seeking an experienced Bi-lingual CDPAP Onboarding Specialist for our Brooklyn Corporate Office has strong communication skills and who is costumer service driven.

POSITION SUMMARY: The PA CDPAP Onboarding Specialist assumes responsibility for coordination of and administrative activities related to orientation, training and employee record compliance of incoming PA’s.  The PA CDPAP Onboarding Specialist upholds and ensure Preferred Home Care of New York’s commitment to excellence in patient care is maintained throughout the entire PA CDPAP Onboarding process. The CDPAP Onboarding Specialist will benefit from working amongst a motivated and supportive team of CDPAP professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional customer services experience is required
  • One (2) years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Home Care services industry required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HHA Exchange
  • Understanding of communicating effectively with employee, clients and their families, medical and community affiliates in order to develop positive relationships.
