Your contributions—from shaping system architecture to crafting user interfaces and maintaining our Design System—will directly benefit thousands of users managing significant assets. You will have the freedom and responsibility to develop tailored solutions and influence our product roadmap.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop robust, scalable, and well-tested frontend applications using modern frameworks and our proprietary Design System.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Quality Assurance teams in a dynamic environment to deliver high-quality features swiftly.
Enhance and adapt our frontend architecture, tools, and design systems.
Ensure an excellent developer experience while improving performance and reliability.
Create meaningful unit and end-to-end tests.
Actively contribute to product solutions by joining discovery sessions, feedback rounds, and design critiques.
If you are applying as a Lead:
Take charge of the frontend domain and influence broader platform decisions.
Bridge design and development, addressing complex UX challenges collaboratively.
Manage and enhance our proprietary Design System alongside the design team.
Guide architectural and performance choices for the team.
Mentor and support fellow engineers.
To excel in our Product Development team, you should possess a passion for creating stunning UIs along with a product-driven mindset. Effective communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.
You will:
Have 3+ years of experience for Mid-level or 5+ years for Senior-level roles in frontend development.
Be proficient in TypeScript and comfortable with modern frontend frameworks.
Have experience with Design Systems, and for Senior roles, experience building or maintaining bespoke systems.
Be familiar with unit and E2E testing (e.g., Vitest, Playwright).
Understand UI/UX principles and prioritize the creation of elegant, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
Work well in ambiguity and translate loosely defined concepts into functional software.
Have experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in fintech or heavily regulated industries.
Familiarity with zod or other form validation tools.
Experience with data visualizations (e.g., tables, charts).
We aim for a technology stack that is simple, modern, and maintainable:
Frontend: Svelte + SvelteKit, TypeScript, MeltUI (headless components), Feltform + zod.
Testing: Vitest (unit), Playwright (E2E).
Design System: Custom-built (MeltUI).
Backend: Node.js, NestJS, MySQL, Sequelize.
Infrastructure: Kubernetes (K8S) on top of AWS.
Third-Party Applications: FusionAuth (authentication), Retool (low-code internal solutions), Twilio, SendGrid (communications), Tally (custom forms).
