As the Lead Software Engineer for Care & Operations, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining high-quality software systems that enhance patient care and support our acquisition initiatives. Your expertise will ensure our applications are built to be scalable, reliable, and secure, catering to both our providers and clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain systems for managing prescriptions and communication between patients and providers.
  • Enhance features like onboarding, eligibility checks, and order submission to boost patient conversion rates.
  • Work collaboratively with Product, Growth, Clinical, and Design teams to gather requirements and implement improvements through A/B testing.
  • Write robust code and develop tools for monitoring and alerting to maintain system reliability.
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle, including deployment, infrastructure management, and production support.
  • Improve internal tools and workflows to enhance operational efficiency in clinical and customer service operations.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues, focusing on root cause analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards such as HIPAA and FHIR, upholding data privacy and adherence to regulations.
  • Participate in code reviews and stay up to date with the latest frameworks and development trends.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a full stack developer.
  • Expertise in .NET, ASP.NET/MVC, JavaScript, and C#.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, React, ORMs, Azure cloud services, and Git.
  • Familiarity with design patterns, particularly CQRS.
  • Strong Agile software development methodology understanding.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in a senior or lead role within software engineering.
