Executive Recruiter Finance & Accounting Specialist | The Workforce Experts at RemXWere seeking a Billing Specialist to join our client's finance team.
Responsibilities- Review, prepare, and approve client bills per attorney and client guidelines.
- Verify daily billing production and prepare time/billing reports.
- Distribute pre-bills and ad hoc billing reports.
- Train and support staff on billing systems.
- Learn and work with various third-party billing platforms.
- 2-3+ years of billing experience preferred; law firm experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Strong math and basic accounting skills.
- Professional, confidential, and adaptable under pressure.
