As a Tax Consultant at Block Advisors, you'll build strong client relationships by helping them make confident, informed decisions about their finances. You'll provide valuable year-round tax and business services, supported by a team of experts dedicated to your success.

Experience in preparing business tax returns

Experience in conducting virtual tax interviews

Sales or marketing experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field

Assist clients with IRS support

All certification levels can provide tax notice services

Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation

Continue to grow your tax expertise

5+ years of tax experience
-
Experience in preparing individual tax returns
-
Tax planning and audit support
-
Strong communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions

Effective use of virtual tools like video conferencing and chat
-
Experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment
-
Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent
-
Commitment to continuing education and compliance with IRS and state requirements
