What Will You Be Doing?
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough home inspections, from attic to crawl space.
- Building trust by clearly explaining your findings and recommending optimal treatment plans.
- Closing sales by highlighting the value and long-term benefits of Orkin's services.
- Managing your schedule, follow-ups, and documentation with a company-provided iPad.
- Working independently, prioritizing tasks, and maximizing leads and self-generated opportunities.
- Representing Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity throughout the process.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to use a ladder safely within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.
