As part of our team, you will:

• Play a key role in establishing and building a new clinic
• Enjoy 36 patient-facing hours each week
• Benefit from integrated behavioral health support onsite
• Experience a quick empanelment process
• Utilize a care team model with RNs and clinical MAs to support in-basket management
• Participate in shared phone-only call with regional colleagues
• Access specialists across UCHealth in Colorado Springs at your convenience

• Competitive compensation ranging from $257,000 to $286,000 annually, with potential quality and/or productivity bonuses.
