As a Team Shift Leader, here’s what you’ll excel at:
- Embodying the spirit of Wendy's—fun, fast, and friendly.
- Resolving customer issues like a pro, whether they’re good or bad.
- Guiding new team members and sharing your knowledge of how our restaurant operates.
- Ensuring food safety standards and procedures are meticulously followed.
What you bring to the team:
- At least one year of experience in a restaurant setting.
- A high school diploma or GED (some college or military experience? We want to know).
- Experience leading and organizing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making skills.
- A professional approach to giving and receiving direction.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business.
You must be willing and able to:
- Travel to other Wendy's locations as needed.
- Stand and move throughout your shift.
- Lift 25-50 lbs occasionally.
- Handle various weather conditions when necessary.
- Use equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills while adhering to brand standards.
