Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team in Theodore. This is a great opportunity to grow into a long-term role with a stable company. You'll be responsible for coordinating shipments, verifying accuracy, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and invoices
• Use customer portals to schedule shipments and generate shipping labels
• Coordinate with logistics partners, customer service, and vendors
• Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams
• Keep shipping records organized and up to date
• Assist in general shipping department tasks as needed

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and web-based shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• ERP experience a plus
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 32 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• $17/hour with the opportunity to go permanent after the temp period
• Monday-Friday daytime schedule - weekends off
• Onsite position with a supportive team environment
