Field Sales Representative - Japanese Market Specialist

On-site | Full-time | Chicago, IL

Be the bridge between Japanese companies and the U.S. market

Join a fast-growing company providing innovative solutions to the manufacturing industry. In this role, you'll use your sales expertise and deep understanding of both Japanese business culture and the U.S. market to build strong relationships, drive growth, and make a direct impact.

Base : $80-120K

What You'll Do
  • Meet and engage with Japanese corporate clients, understand their needs, and close deals
  • Deliver compelling product/service presentations that win trust and drive results
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Research market trends and uncover new business opportunities
  • Track sales performance and provide actionable insights
What We're Looking For
  • Proven success in B2B sales
  • Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Understanding of Japanese corporate culture and the U.S. market
  • Bonus: Experience in a startup, SaaS for manufacturing, or manufacturing technology
