HTC is looking for a Technical Project Manager/Delivery Manager to manage a Project to Implement Salesforce based Application in P&C Insurance Industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advisory services to the most innovative client organizations.

  • Lead Large-scale work streams requiring specific knowledge of Salesforce Financial Cloud.

  • Implement an Agency Management Solution for Insurance industry.

  • Leading teams of people on-shore and off-shore to deliver salesforce solutions.

  • Exoerience in Managing and Delivering salesforce transformation, advisory or consulting experience and demonstrated success in a dynamic path.

  • At least 8 years of exp in project delivery on a large salesforce transformation.

  • Must have worked in multiple full lifecycles implementations.

  • Ability to execute and advise on Agile best practices.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Motivated, persistent eager to optimize, drive for excellence.

  • Strong communication, leading and presentation skills (Verbal and written).

Experience:

  • 8 plus years of Experience.

  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Cloud.

  • Experience with Insurance Agency Management Applications is highly desired.

  • Knowledge of Insurance Carrier Integrations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent Degree in the required field.
