About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and administration of multiple ongoing projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers with scheduling, planning, and task coordination.
- Maintain project trackers, calendars, and documentation.
- Support communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and capture action items.
- Monitor project progress and flag delays or risks.
- Organize files, templates, and project resources.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable collaborating in a remote environment.
- Active communicator who ensures timely updates.
