Position Overview: As a CDL Route Sales Delivery Driver Associate, your primary responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service to residential, commercial, and retail clients, driving growth through upselling, managing account information, and ensuring safety while operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).

Reporting Location: Midland, TX

Compensation: $61,160 per year plus customer tips

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturday work may be needed based on business demands)

Start Time: Ranges from 6 am - 7 am until the workload is complete

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Focus: Safely operate a commercial vehicle, follow safety protocols, and complete daily DOT documentation.
  • Service Orientation: Provide courteous, professional service, meeting customers' preferences, managing delivery records, and supporting team efficiency.
  • Selling Skills: Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines while upselling products and achieving customer acquisition goals.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
  • Strong customer service and face-to-face sales skills
  • Capability to work independently under varying weather conditions
  • Physical ability to lift and carry over 250 units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs.
  • Good driving record, with no major offenses in the last three years
  • At least 21 years of age, as required by DOT regulations
