Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in all sales-related activities, including prospecting, new member sales, and retention.
- Drive membership growth and help build strong, lasting relationships with our members.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guide members toward their fitness goals.
- Strong sales background with a proven track record of success.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Previous experience in the health and fitness industry is a plus, but not required.
