About the Role

As a Fitness Community Appointment Coordinator at WarriorBabe, your role is pivotal in guiding women to embark on life-changing health journeys. You won't just be scheduling calls; you'll be connecting with individuals eager to transform their lives. By engaging and qualifying leads, you will facilitate access to personalized coaching and a supportive community that empowers women to feel strong and unstoppable.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads provided by WarriorBabe.
  • Qualify potential clients by inquiring about their fitness goals and needs.
  • Schedule appointments for Enrollment Advisors (Closers) with interested prospects.
  • Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and minimize no-shows.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Communicate daily with the team via Slack and participate in sales huddles.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
  • Represent WarriorBabe's supportive and empowering brand in every interaction.

Compensation

  • This is a 1099 independent contractor position, starting with base pay of $1,000/month upon completion of onboarding, alongside a commission of 1.5%–3% and potential monthly bonuses based on total cash collected.
