Compensation: $89,000-$148,000 base + up to $50,000 bonus/commission

We are a leading commercial interior design and construction firm with a reputation for excellence in delivering premier interior build-outs-everything from cutting-edge corporate offices to high-end residential spaces. As we expand our presence in Central Florida, we're seeking a talented Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the Orlando market. Exceptional candidates with proven commercial construction experience will be considered for a mid-level Business Development Manager role.
Your Impact
You'll be the driving force behind strategic market expansion:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with top-tier general contractors (e.g., Turner Construction, Hensel Phelps, Barton Malow, PCL, Brasfield & Gorrie)
- Identify and pursue opportunities with architects, healthcare systems, developers, and other influential stakeholders
- Turn high-level relationships into profitable contracts and projects
- Serve as a trusted liaison between sales and operations to ensure flawless execution
- Engage clients through regular site visits, presentations, and relationship-building meetings
- Travel across Florida-primarily Orlando and Tampa-with occasional trips to Miami and Atlanta
- Proven commercial construction expertise and an expansive network in the Orlando market (commercial high-rises, corporate interiors preferred over residential)
- A unique blend of sales acumen and operational know-how
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and client-facing confidence
- Highly detail-oriented, motivated, and results-driven
- Comfortable traveling in-person at least 4 days per week
