Job Summary/Basic Function
Admissions/Advising Department has an opening for an office worker to perform clerical duties. Work will be performed in a positive, team oriented environment.
Successful candidate will provide assistance to students and staff members, answer multi phone line, file, label, sort/organize files and information, type correspondence and other duties as assigned.
**This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time, the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.
Required Qualifications
Post High School
Personal computer skills and background in specific computer applications such as word processing, database, Google Calendar, spreadsheets, etc. Multi-line phone system, communication skills are vital.
