Primary Skills: SQL (Advanced), Tableau (Advanced), QuickSight (Intermediate), CRM (Intermediate), Marketing Analytics Platforms (Intermediate), Contract Type: W2 Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: Mountain View CA (Hybrid) Pay Range: $45.00 - $53.00 Per Hour Job Summary: As a Marketing Data Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and interpreting marketing data to fuel our decision-making processes. Your role will empower the marketing team by providing accurate, actionable insights through well-crafted reports and dashboards. You will proactively tackle data discrepancies, translate complex business questions into technical solutions, and bridge the gap across various marketing channels to drive comprehensive analytics and modeling. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data. Develop and maintain insightful marketing reports and dashboards. Investigate and report on data abnormalities, diagnosing root causes. Translate business requirements into meaningful datasets for analysis. Handle ad hoc data requests, supporting analysis and program execution with precision. Must-Have Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with complex relational databases. Demonstrable experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong understanding of marketing principles and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Industry Experience: Prior experience in a marketing, digital, or e-commerce environment is preferred.
