Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL and Tableau to join our analytics and risk management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, deriving actionable insights, and designing scalable risk processes that support business growth and compliance initiatives. This role requires analytical rigor, technical expertise, and the ability to transform data-driven insights into strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and potential business risks or opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable risk assessment processes to support compliance and governance across a growing user base.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations for effective data storytelling and reporting.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on analytical findings.
  • Support continuous improvement of risk and compliance frameworks through data automation and process optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics-focused role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in risk analytics, compliance, or governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Exposure to data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
