Director of Dialysis Services

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an experienced leader to provide administrative and clinical oversight for our dialysis service line, which encompasses multiple programs including renal clinic, inpatient adult and pediatric acute care, outpatient adult hemodialysis clinics, home dialysis modalities for both adults and children, as well as jail dialysis services. This role is critical in collaborating with Medical Director(s) to plan, organize, supervise, evaluate, and manage all activities related to our dialysis programs. As an advocate for excellence, you will promote our Customer Relations policy to ensure the highest quality of care.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Current RN license in the State of Texas.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; Master's degree in nursing or higher is preferred.
- A national certification is preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience as a clinical nurse supervisor, charge nurse, administrator, or director in a free-standing or hospital dialysis unit is essential.
- Preferred experience includes three or more years in a leadership role within a multi-system dialysis operation and expertise in acute, chronic dialysis, and home modalities/programs.
