Under the direction of the Chief Business Official (CBO), provide for the nutritious and timely service of breakfast and lunch foods for students and staff of an assigned school site; order and sell prepared food to students and faculty in cafeteria or snack bar locations; maintain accurate records of food service activities.

El Segundo Unified School District is a K-12 school district, serving approximately 3,500 students across six schools (one preschool, two elementary schools, one middle school, one high school, and one alternative program). The District is located in a small coastal community of approximately 16,000 residents.
