Join a fast-paced, collaborative team at our Malvern, PA location (Hybrid) as a Content Manager (Content Analyst) for a 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension and conversion

This critical role supports the full content lifecycle for our Personal Investor Public Site (PIPS), ensuring all content meets strict compliance standards, strategic goals, and user experience excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Project & Workflow Management: Manage the intake, prioritization, and routing of Jira tickets, ensuring documentation is complete (including SEO briefs and creative assets).
  • Compliance & Auditing: Lead monthly and quarterly audits of PIPS pages, focusing on expiry and compliance. You'll also ensure Red Oak submissions are completed accurately and in compliance with retention policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with SEO strategists, UX designers, and business partners to align content delivery with search visibility and user experience standards.
  • Data Integration: Contribute to the evolution of Power BI dashboards by integrating Adobe site performance metrics to track client engagement and UX signals.
