Your Day-to-Day Tasks Include:
  • Preparing and organizing the operating room for surgical procedures
  • Ensuring the maintenance of sterile fields and adherence to infection control protocols
  • Assisting surgeons and surgical assistants by passing instruments and supplies during operations
  • Managing surgical equipment before, during, and after procedures
  • Monitoring inventory and preparing for each surgical case

  • Maintaining precise surgical counts and meticulous documentation
Qualifications We Seek:
  • Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Certification Requirements:
  • A current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is essential
  • BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days post-hire)
